Long ago someone made a post like this on JDJ forum so I'm sort of copying her idea... hehehe Laughing

Okay... so do you people like to dance? Or do you like to watch dance? Basketball

Or are you trained in dance??? sunny

This is a random topic to gabble away about your dancing skills... or the lack of it (in my case Laughing

)

About me... I like to dance... but I'm a very bad dancer.. matlab VERY bad.. monkey

so bad that my seniors used to make me dance the most during ragging cos it was most comical... lol.. Laughing

I got a lot of chocolates from them for doing that comical dancing. Cool

I'm more of a singer+writer+theatre+instrumentalist type person.

So I always dance in a group and not alone. Razz

But I like watching dance reality shows and my favourite dancers are Siddhesh and Sushant Singh Rajput! I love you

And yeah I like Shiamak Davar!

NO I am not a trained dancer but surely wanted to learn bharatnatyam since I was very little..2 of my aunties were trained classical dancers...But for whatever reason my mother could not afford to put me into dance school..

I love dancing in parties and that is all I can do...During HS and college years I used to participate in Navratri Garba-Raas grp dance competition and have won few..

I love watching dance shows...Music and dance is my passion...Over the years living in US I have followed most dance-music shows-competition aired on TV..and same Now I do same on Indian channels for past 10 yrs..

Because I wasn't a Dancer. Not at all. when they asked to come on stage only,i will run away. was a more shy one.

ok, But when I read your post, i was happy and at peace.
Because I love to watch dance shows. i have watched almost all Dance shows in Tv's

DID (all parts), JDJ, ZNKD and almost I watch all. while I surf through the channels when I see a dance show,i will see i it Smile

ofcourse Sushant (Anyone will not disagree here) and Ankita are my fav dance celebrities.

Then when it comes to DID, I like dharmesh and Mayuresh too.

Never Did .

Still NEVER do . I have a horror of it . To be seen by public .

This is my truthful answer although I admitted recently to friends that hey Lets Dance at a friends wedding post .

I watch reality shows with a slight tinge of boredom as I find the dramas in them very rehearsed and FAKE .

But whenever there is a good choreography piece and husband calls out to me , I do watch it . For the CHOREOGRAPHY .

I did not get an opprtunity to dance as the economic conditions of my house did not permit it . I have no doubt I wud have excelled at it if I had that opprtunity ...........as I often danced alone , in private , with my two friends and one cousin who loved it .

I am determined that my children will be dancers though . They will learn it whether they like it or not as it is a skill that helps socialising .

I am more a writer , ancedote teller and enthraller , critic kinda person . If someone pulls me in a party i shake my head and show my half filled glass [ coke........as I don;t drink ] . Its my Favorite excuse .........one that aways works to AVOID dancing . I raise my glass and make a ...........I'll join later , lemme finish my Drink Face .

It WORKS . Most of the time .

However I love ITEM songs and Tapori songs and wud love to dance with my children one day on a Tapori number .

Oh yea ............I DO dance in front of my children and they giggle ROFL . They find me FUNNY .

Why I dont dance in public ? No one will beieve this .............but I am RESERVED and hardly talk .

No they DONT like .

They firmly believe Mom must dance only on HOLY dance

But mostly I dance with children on Tapori Dhinchak music .

Its my secret dream to dance in front of a cart bringing Ganpati Bappa in India with a crowd one day .

I have given 2 exams in the dance form of bharatnatyam Very Happy

I dance pretty good Smile

During my gathering or feast , function me and my cousin dance like hell B)
I just cant spend a single day without dancing

I am thinking of training myself in the dance form of jazz after my engineering Wink

My favourite is of course GANPATI DANCE Cool
